Having been an elite athlete reaching my optimal performance, competing on the international triathlon stage, I have always been fascinated by exercise and performance. I believe in taking a well-rounded approach to training, blending a range of exercise, nutrition, and self-care strategies to help my clients develop a body that looks, feels, and moves the best it can!

I offer clients the tools and motivation required to take control of their lives and achieve the results they desire, focusing on both their body composition and performance goals, in a way that addresses poor posture and combats any movement restrictions.

Through this, I improve their quality of life and physical longevity. I thoroughly enjoy having the opportunity to educate my clients with the knowledge, strategies, and approaches needed to help them stay on top of their physical wellness ensuring they can continue doing the activities that they love for as long as they can.

I can adapt to the client’s demanding and changing lifestyle, which enables me to teach in the gym, park or in your own homes, or if needed virtually (Zoom, Teams or other medium). All the sessions are 1:1 and are bespoke to the client’s needs and goals.

We were looking for a PT to take us on for 2 independent sessions whilst on holiday in the local area. We didn’t want to stop our usual training whilst away.

From our first email approach, Nicole was friendly and accommodating. She clearly understood our needs and was happy to work with us. On meeting for the first session, Nicole was instantly friendly and warm. She wanted to know as much as possible about us and our training so that we could get the most out of our sessions with her.

Nicole is clearly very knowledgeable about all different types of training and, importantly, is very form and safety focussed. I think what impressed us most was her working WITH us; offering advice, tips and new exercise options but also listening to us and understanding our aims too.
